Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies Cancellation Policy: Tutoring Sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the session being forfeited and non-refundable. Classes and Programs: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the start date. Late cancellations will result in the first class fee being forfeited, with the remaining amount available as a credit for future classes. Special Events and Workshops: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the event date. No refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date. Rescheduling Policy: Tutoring Sessions: Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Sessions rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited. Classes and Programs: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the start date. Late rescheduling requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability. Special Events and Workshops: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 14 days before the event date. Late rescheduling requests may not be accommodated.
