Listen to Our Future Inc. is a youth empowerment organization dedicated to equipping youth to make long-lasting changes in their communities through education, empowerment, and social action. We provide educational services such as tutoring, project-based learning, and youth employment, ensuring that young people are both academically supported and positioned as leaders in their communities.​

Founded by Lillian Barkes and Brandon Street, LTOF is a BIPOC-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit inspired by social movements and rooted in the belief that youth voices must be at the center of change. Our programs cultivate leadership, foster critical thinking, and create pathways for youth to become change-makers.

We believe that true social action emerges when people feel empowered to turn ideas into action. This empowerment grows from lived experiences combined with quality education. At LTOF, we help youth use what they learn and experience to make a meaningful impact. By blending personal empowerment with collective effort, we strive to create lasting social change in Indianapolis and beyond.
