Brandon Street

I am the co-founder and board chairman of Listen to Our Future. I am an entrepreneur from Indianapolis, IN. I have a passion for business development, digital media, and blockchain technology. I also have a strong commitment to education, particularly in under-served communities. I am driven by a desire to make a positive impact in the world and to inspire and empower the next generation of entrepreneurs and leaders. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve on the board and excited for what the future holds.
Mitchell Asemota

I am the Executive Director and co-founder of Our Streets PDX. I was born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria. I have over five years of experience as a special education educator and have also worked as a camp director. I obtained the majority of my education through Washington Township Schools. I enjoy uniting the community to discuss, strategize, and implement change to systemic issues that beset our society. I am looking forward to being a part of the Listen to Our Future Board of Directors and working to implement change in our society.

Lillian Barkes: CEO

I am the co-founder and CEO of Listen to Our Future. I was born in China and grew up in Indianapolis. I graduated from IUPUI in 2019 with a degree in Elementary Education, a dual license in reading, and a concentration in math and science. I have done youth work in Indianapolis for the past 7 years as an after-school youth worker, coach, and summer camp counselor. I taught for three years in Indianapolis Public Schools. I enjoy art and working out in my spare time.
Kendall Green: Program Director

I am a Program Director with Listen to Our Future. I graduated from Indiana University with a dual degree in Elementary Education and Special Education in 2021. Since 2015, I have had opportunities to work with youth throughout the state such as working as a tutor, camp counselor, and volunteer in kindergarten through second-grade classrooms. In my free time, I love spending time with my little sister at 'Lights Up Sound Down' movie screenings and getting our favorite ice cream.
