I am school social worker in Indianapolis, working with empowering youth to reach their full potential. Outside of work, I love to play basketball and spend time with my family.

I am a CPA and graduate from the Kelly School of Business in 2018.
Brittany Crone

I am a proud bilingual Community Health Worker serving the Near West neighborhoods of Indianapolis with the Diabetes Impact Project (DIP-IN) at the Westside CDC. I was born and raised in Indianapolis, and currently raising my daughter in Indy as well. I am currently a full time student of Psychology at IUPUI. Brittany believes in the resilience and resounding vitality an empowered young person possesses. I hope to support the work of Listen To Our Future to bring more opportunities and empowerment to the Youth of Indianapolis. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, crafting with my daughter, gardening, exploring Indianapolis, baking, and dancing at the Jazz Kitchen.
Mitchell Asemota

I am the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Our Streets PDX. I was born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria. I have over five years of experience as a special education educator and have also worked as a camp director. I obtained the majority of my education through Washington Township Schools. I enjoy uniting the community to discuss, strategize, and implement change to systemic issues that beset our society. I am looking forward to being a part of the Listen To Our Future Board of Directors and working to implement change in our society.

Lillian Barkes: CEO

I was born in China and grew up in Indianapolis. I graduated from IUPUI in 2019. I have done youth work in Indianapolis for the past 6 years as an after school youth worker, coach, and summer camp counselor. Now I am a public school teacher in Indianapolis and the founder of Listen To Our Future. I enjoy art and watching TikTok in my spare time.
Chelsea Beard: COO

I am an educator within Indianapolis Public Schools. This is my fifth year teaching and becoming an educator within an urban community has really shaped the person I am today. I believe that educating and empowering the youth is the way to bring about the systemic changes that we need to see in our society. Over the summer I got the privilege to become involved with Listen To Our Future to help with the Power Parade. Becoming a part of this organization has been a blessing in my life. I am super excited to educate the youth and see how they are able to make changes within their communities. I have a cat named Speckles. and I enjoy running.
Aliyah Washington: Site Director

I attended Indiana State University, and am currently a Physical Education teacher with Indianapolis Public Schools. I have been working with children for over 3 years, and I love finding diverse, practical, and impactful ways to evoke positive change in our youth and the communities in which they reside. I am excited to be working with Listen To Our Future because I am very committed to empowering students to have the confidence to challenge their own capacities; students need to know that their presence in the community is valuable and that they are capable of achieving great success.
Maddy Rosenberger: Director of Community Engagement

I am an educator in Indianapolis. I have been teaching for three years. I have taught in Indianapolis Public Schools and MSD of Decatur Township. These experiences have grown my love for teaching in the urban setting. I am so blessed to be a part of Listen To Our Future. In my spare time, you can find me with my two year old golden doodle Vera!
Imaani Washington: Program Analyist

I have a biology degree and a master of public health with a focus in social and behavioral science. I am excited to work with Listen To Our Future to help gain experience in a role that serves the community while developing a lasting impression in youth/health education.
